This is the first time for trying the format of having a set of workshops to go along with an array of formal talks, so it will be necessary to improvise. A preliminary set of talks on Monday, by the organizers will spell out to the total assemblage what the aims are and how these will be implemented. The plan is to have 4 workshops on Tuesday and Wednesday, going on simultaneously. There will, undoubtedly, be lots of cross participation. On Thursday and Friday, talks will present a detailed summary of what has been accomplished. In the course of the workshop activities, new ideas for work not originally considered, might arise and could be actively pursued during the workshops, as was done during the early Aspen workshops.
