If you call the Waikoloa Marriott, please remember to tell the reservations agent that you are attending the Gravitational Wave Advanced Detector Workshop to get the conference discounted rate of $139 per night, plus tax. The room rate is the same whether there are one or two occupants. An additional charge is levied for more than two occupants per room. The rate includes free parking and free internet in the room. The negotiated rate cutoff date is April 20.
